Monteggia Fracture-dislocation: Fracture of Proximal third of the ulna, with dislocation of the head of the radius.

Nightstick Fracture-dislocation: Isolated fracture of the shaft of the ulna, sustained while trying to ward off a stick blow.

Colles Fracture: A fracture occuring in adults, at the corticocancellous junction of distal end of the radius with dorsal tilt and other displacements.

Boxers’ Fracture: It is ventrally displaced fracture through the neck of the 5th metacarpal, usually occurs in boxers.

Bumper Fracture: It is comminuted, depressed fracture of the lateral condyle of the tibia.

Jone’s Fracture: Avulsion fracture of the base of the 5th metatarsal.
